I agree. Thanks for warning me. This mangaka has a tendency to write stories involving some sort of infidelity. And @ceres0822 - it's true men sleep around, but not ALL men (gay or straight) sleep around. Me personally, I don't like unfaithfulness, so I avoid reading yaoi that includes it. It just pisses me off.
