Like when the manhwa starts she travels to a warmer place right after giving birth (I THINK, IDK IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY) and then she's fine for a while, but it flares up later on, I'm assuming she's stressed out from whatever secrets shes hiding from MC, from ML returning and everything to do with being the lord of the estate.
