The manhwa has portrayed Diah as irrational and irresponsible uptil now, but after seeing how normal she used to be, it makes sense. She actually believed in and loved Victor. Honestly, if Victor didn't abuse her in all those ways he did and actually loved her back, he'd be a much better person
