It’s the face. If you compare season 1 and season 2 then he looks completely different. It doesn’t help that there are other male characters who don’t have the same childlike appearance.
The art style just changed thats why. And then I think its just your opinion cause no one thinks he looks like a kid
It ruins the sexiness.
