People often overlook "bad" characters because acknowledging these characters tags them as being empathetic to them or supporting their actions. No i don't support mincheol's actions, i infact condone them. And i hope he pays for what he did, but is trying to understand his story too difficult to fathom? His story in a nutshell is just...Tragic. it was interesting to read to say the least
Even villainous characters should have their spotlight in a story (past or present, doesnt matter), especially if they are a key character to another character. (I think One Piece influenced me there)
Also I want to understand his change, because there are so many factors, but wich one was his breaking point? But I will never support or understand his actions, because he could have done better in any other way.
I wouldnt care if he gets a redemption arc or a happy ending of his own (without na haesoo of course).
But he deserves to "explain" his side even if we wont listen to him or still hate him.

Many say "I dont care!" and so on, but I'm being honest, I do like to see how and why he changed.
Did he regret saving Na Haesoo? Did he regret not going to college? Was marrying early a bad thing? Or is it a mix between everything we know and still dont know?
Of course it will not undo the terrible things he did to Na Heasoo and it wont change my opinion on him. Cheaters are the worst and living of someone else for free? That make him dirt under people shoes.maybe even less.
But I do want to know his change of heart even if i have no empathy or sympathy for Mincheol.
And don't forget his also an important figure in this manhwa after Na haesoo and the other guy.
