Aishiteru and Daisuki can both be translated as "I love you"
And one is almost never said, ever, and the other is pretty common. With the "suki desu" (like) being even more common. So common is used in plots of using "suki" to refer to an object or food, and the other person thinks its it's about them.
We don't know which is being used in this manga... So try to just accept the "I love you"s' ahahah

Maybe it's because I haven't read it in a long while but the naivety of Reine is starting to annoy me. The fact that she's not picking up obvious clues and there is no character development on her side while I feel like everyone around her is growing.
Also why is everyone saying I love you like it's the most normal thing? It's kinda strange reading so many "I love you" in a manga
