Maybe cause the characters usually have "anxiety" / "social anxiety" traits which is like opposite of Sales employee characteristics. And Overworked trait too. They usually show finance department as sorted department with not much scope to have to bear tantrums of the customer directly
I think sales department is more dramatic compared with others - coming from BM student lmao but I surprisingly saw one exception in overclock, bottom works in finance and seme works in IT department
I was reading an office BL manga and it got me thinking why they always make the main characters work in sales department?? Did you also notice this? Mostly in office setting manga the characters always from sales department, like why? Why always sales? Why not the other department, like marketing or finance? Just curious
