I'd say that unlike with the others it wasn't as easy for the baddies to secretly get him out beforehand, while the building was under intense surveillance (because of the high priest's arrest) since he's a tiger, and thus as an animal he's too big, wild and rare for them to be able to get him out without catching someone's attention.

I mean, they were probably thinking of "lying low" for a while and only get the tiger out once the soldiers were no longer there watching the building
