Shoes recommendation

Anyone here who works a job that requires standing for a long period of time who can recommend good CLOSED TOE shoes? My good ol nikes aren't cutting it. I need something more comfy and cushiony so my feet won't hurt

I used to work and ran a shoe store. I would always recommend new balances, dr scholls or skechers (they have a memory foam line). if you need something leather, clarks are great but pricey.
