I tried to re-read, ml sleeps with women because the fathers rules that he need to spread "seeds" to a lot women. That why most women that he sleep are his father choice. Also latest chapter reveal that ml sleep or bearing all his father want, so he can stay with mc without mc getting kicked out from the house
Ok I think it may be because sleeping with sex workers is not terribly unacceptable for a guy (your partner) to do in Japan. Obviously I’m not saying people in Japan don’t practice monogamy, but cheating is not totally uncommon or totally condemned as much there.
