Well said. I just feel sorry for him, he clearly felt totally trapped. The author made it so obviously clear he had nowhere to go and that he was in love with the professor at the beginning. The story was too rushed to explain everything but flashbacks clearly show MC was lured into the situation with many promises, has been abused, ignored and betrayed and on tops of that manipulated into believing that there’s nowhere for him to go. Alcohol, studying problems clearly show he was struggling and his decisions weren’t good or logical. But yeah, easier to just call him a slut and blame it on him.
