THANK U SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS INFO. I kinda felt a bit disappointed that even at his most vulnerable, he called Hong-appa a mere "Father"(I thought, "were they really THAT distant before?? not once calling "Dad" dad?? Don't think so tho... but I can't prove it cuz I can't korean ╥﹏╥")

also can I just say I'm a little sad they only translated it (the last panels) one way, because

the second to last bubble is originally 아버지 (more polite/formal, usually "father"), and the last one is 아빠 (informal/childish in a cute way, usually "dad" and generally is only used by kids when they're young - or in serious/scary situations or y'know, the times you'd yell "dad help", that kinda thing).... so not only is the bombshell dropped, but the implied meaning/feels is just sooooooooo good
