I’m having trouble with the ages. Lalisa is supposed to be 13 when they enter the contract, the contract last for 3 years (when Lalisa comes of age). Fabian and Marisa just came of age, later Marisa tells Lalisa, Fabian and her are six years apart. So grown man is a bit of a stretch as he would only be 19 (at the start) and 22 (by time she comes of age).
Not saying I agree with Marisa trying to get them together though.
At the point I wrote this comment, all I knew was that he said that he came of age a while ago so I was assuming he was in his 20s and I still stand by what I said regardless. It’s not a stretch imo, 19 is still toooo old for a 12 years old girl. (I think it was confirmed that she is 12 at some point)
But I’m glad we can agree it wasn’t okay to try to get them together.
Ain’t gon lie im kinda icked that a woman from the 21st century would think it’s okay to marry off her child sister to a grown ass man even though I know it’ll not work. Like idgaf about the plot, if I were in her shoes I’d just take care of my sister and help her heal her trauma from being abused not try to get her to marry a GROWN man…like?????
