Okay. From what i have read so far, it seems the ML is letting others (women he's fucked im sure) still come on to him despite the fact that he would murder MC if MC did the same.
MC tried shacking with other guy but ML manipulated the scene so the hook-up guy got arrested instead

When MC found out about his sus relationship with his ex's sister, ML went out of his way to make a show he has already prepared and made some drama in front of MC. MC believed him.
But as MC started falling for him, MC's suspicions grew. ML started avoiding him. MC sulked. He tried to go out of the country with his violin, but ML made his spy block his flight because of his violin. MC tried to hook up at a bar, but ML made sure to hve the police do a surprise investigation. MC was actually drugged, so ML carried him to ML or MC's condo im not sure.
