Yes it's complete, if you click the last chapter and just scroll down to the bottom page/or just click on the last page (or whatever page has the "the end"). It says they are finish and there a nice note thanking everyone for reading.
It says ongoing but reading through the comments, it appears complete already. Can someone please confirm?
