He was talking about how they started as friends, then fell for her and how he confessed but she rejected him saying she had a crush on yujun (that was before he became friends with yujun) he moved on until yujun moved to their floor and he approached wanting to know what yujun had better than him but ended getting too close and charmed that jonghyun himself fell for yujun.. on chapter 17 when he was alone with his inner struggles that Yujun will judge him for catching feelings too easily when he just told him that he used to like their female and confessed but got rejected and then fell for yujun later on
