I'm overall enjoying the story but it seems weird that the duke would listen to a child when it comes to forgiving an adult that hit her in pubic. I think if it were me I would say something to appease the child but later on quietly kick out the violent person. I would never let that person live in the same house and then go out on a trip (￣ヘ￣;)
