Unpopular opinion but I hate when they do this "I've loved you all my life since I was five and have never even held another woman" trope. It just feels like the author didn't have time to develop the ML so they just create this excuse. If it was the other way around with the FL being eternally in love with ML, it wouldn't fly.
In this particular story it feels even more silly because she's very different from her childhood self.
I'm looking for childcare stories that are actually centered around taking care of children (No toddlers that are actually just reincarnated adults/weirdly mature for some reason).
For reference my current favorite is "On The Way to Meet Mom"
Idk if this counts as a childcare story but the mc is really adorable and is an actual child https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/a_secretly_capable_child_is_seeking_for_her_dad/
Why are they dragging their feet so much when she's very obviously the lost daughter. And the whole fake daughter arc was so unnecessary (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
