I liked this summary, the author is doing a great job in making us care and feel for both characters and both characters are entertaining and deeper than one could imagine at first sight, which doesn't happen as often in bl manhwas. Usually i only care about the mc but here I also want the ml to be happy and fall in love for the first time without reservations because its obvious he has a hugeee potential of being the best boyfie and sugar daddy in bl history lol. Like you said, he is already sooo affectionate towards yeomin, i cant imagine how he will be with Yeomin when he is in love in love
I have a feeling my poor little puppy will be heartbroken & flee when the ML's dad announces his marriage to whatever rich chic he chose for ML, & the wife chasing arc will begin. So far I'm in a love hate relationship with the twisted ML. He sees the Mc as a sex tool & keeps approaching him for that purpose. But he does show genuine concern for the MC & does take care of him. He unknowingly enjoys seeing the cutiepie & being in his presence, even if they don't have sex.
He indulges the cute little puppy, even when the little cutie is running circles around him chattering on & on excitedly. At best he'll kiss the Mc to get him to settle down & stop talking. But he never cruelly shuts him up or criticizes his adorable enthusiasm (cuz lets be real, the little puppy is FUCKING ADORABLE AF & he makes you want to hold & protect him in the palm of your hand)
The ML is impatient with others & doesn't give a fuck if he offends them with his words. But he never tells mc to stop sending him random messages all day long, & actually smiles at the numerous messages the Mc sends him. He genuinely comforts & protects the Mc when the poor puppy is down & injured.
That rain scene broke my heart into a million pieces. I loved that the ML embraced the sad & injured puppy with the sole purpose of comforting & protecting him. The ML definitely fell hard for the Uke already but hasn't realized it. He has the instinct to protect the little cutie, or he wouldn't bother with looking into his past & family history.
But I hate how he refers to the uke as "just think of it as raising a dog"
I hate how he's lying to the uke about his identity & job,
I hate how he treats the secretary
I hate that he keeps giving the uke hope, because I KNOW he's going to break the little guys pure & kind heart into a million pieces.
The uke is so pure hearted & has been hurt so much, JUST LET HIM KNOW SOME HAPPINESS ALREADY. Poor little guy has suffered so much already. But despite his shit luck & HORRIBLE parents, he's remains very optimistic, kind hearted, resilient, & positive, his chibi character is SO FREAKING CUUUUUTE
