I saw this manga on tt but I forgot to save it and I need someone to tell me the title so basically MC(?) is a wizard/mage student and he's bad at magic I think but the plot twist is that he's not really weak. The reason he's weak was bcs his mother seal half of his magic(?) bcs he was too powerful
