Yes, I think so too. I felt completely different when I read the novel. In the novel, I was so angry at the male lead that I wanted to kill him, but here the ML is making my heart flutter. Come on, how can it be so different? I don’t know

What happened in the novel?
Well the thing is this .. the official translation of the novel was slightly different from the other "pirate" tl. I've read both and in the pirate they show Layla hating it... BUT in the official it's slightly different.
I think some translators changing actual things from the story is totally stupid... I mean it is dark romance
I'm not talking about Layla...I'm talking about the scenes in last 2-3 chapters where they show how Matthias is flirting etc..etc..
Am I missing something????? These scenes are completely different from the novel...or not???.. whyy do I think that the manga is on a Positive note than the novel..
