A contract that contains anything like that should be illegal anyways. One can't sign away consent and a contract like this, depending on the jurisdiction of the country, shouldn't be legally binding and valid.

The concept of prostitution must make your head explode then. Technically, as a prostitute, you give consent to have sex with the person who buys the sex. That's the unwritten contract. Does it mean the ones who buys sex can do anything to the prostitute? Does that mean they can cross any line, be aggressive, be abusive and coercive?

Yup. Even if the sexual contact is contractual, it should be done in a way that doesn't harm the parties mentally and physically. Within a sexual contract, rape can still happen. ( A contract that binds anyone to give away consent and put themselves in danger should be illegal anyways. )
