He suffer enough wanting to die as well they may not portray it well but he is like a living corps for 2 years ,but still hold on to he's love for the fl believing she's still alive . He may not said the words you want to hear but he say it in different way . The high and mighty damiane on his knees even kiss her feet.

He didn't regret, yearn, and desperate enough... The chasing arc was not satisfying boooo and not a single "I'm sorry" in sight. He deserved to suffer more!!!!
