Yeah the officials are out of order, I think there’s supposed to be 1 or 2 chaps before. If you read the chaps uploaded by the translator group it’ll make more sense.

Are we missing a chapter??? What happened when victor went to go see heart?? Or was that supposed to be the season finale??? The whole story order doesnt make much sense
