I think this every time I read a new chapter. Like we’re 200 chapters in and still don’t know anything we still don’t know anything about Corvus, what Tamsy’s true intentions are, Rudo’s connection to the ground and the sphere.. Ugh this is why I always correlate it to One Piece, we get so much yet nothing at all lol

its just my theory but i think corvus is one of the friends of rudo's ancestor guy, along with the information broker dude and i think theyve both been alive for a long ass time which is why we dont know corvus's age or much about him at all. im also willing to take a guess that the hell guards ultimate leader is one of the friends too. and the first guy to paint the mural
.....im fucking with this theory. Do you think he's also a crow or do you think he's something totally different(possiblya bear cause the info broker is a crow but has the name of a bear)? Cause like we know kuro has been around for a few hundred years at best but we don't know how he managed to do that.
So I looked up corvus's name and it literally means crow (or birds of similar species) in Latin so maybe thats our answer. But yeah u also brought up an interesting point, so kuro turned into a crow, we know theres another crow whos white, maybe corvus can also turn into a crow of a different color or similar color.
as for how they managed to do that I have a theory it might be that theyre one of the "ancient rulers" or since theyre older they may have taken in more of the ancient rulers energy and it keeps them alive for longer? But I think its more likely that they are or are related to the ancient rulers
Now I'm really fucking with that theory. If they're not ancient rulers themselves they definitely had to have borrowed that power.
I didn't think about this until just now but corvus seems to know a lot but not nearly as much as kuro so it might be that he's a bit younger than kuro in terms of when he got powers (assuming that we're right about him being related to the ancient rulers or at the very least being friends with rudos ancestors) or he lost his memory. Cause he knows a lot but he even told rudo his goal is to learn the history of their world and solve the mysteries about it thru that. Whereas kuro has a lot of memories and knows damn near everything but seems confused about his origins.
Idk we have a lot of things left unanswered and among everything getting corvus lore is something I'm super excited about.

Obviously hes trying to push a narrative but for what reason and why is he trying to make rudo both a monster and the main character to this strange story he wants to tell?
Also how is he connected to the sphere?
Did he personally fly to the sphere or did he send his nets to cross the border? Cause we know only a small handful of people can cross but it seems like objects can go back and forth no problem.
Also Like did he originally come from the heavens or was he of some importance to an unknown or long dead kingdom on the ground?
How long as he been plotting this and how long as he been part of the cleaners?
Did he personally know regto or did he do his research when looking for the watchmen series and rudo's location?
Is he tied to Rudo's dad in any way?
And most importantly I want to know what the hell he knows!!!!
Im not simping for him (cause honestly enjin, semiu, and corvus are more my type) but god damn is he a Hella compelling villain. Like way more interesting than zodyl and the raiders.
