His hair was naturally black. It turned white the longer he spent inside the Rift. By the time he was able to come out of it, it was completely black.
The current J does dye it black but originally it was also black.

What i dont get is why dye it black? Like, wouldnt that tie with up w J? If it was whote its true that it would catch some gazes amongst commoners but it would still make a difference betwren his current self and J
Honestly I don't quite get it myself, but I'm pretty sure it's to lay low? Since it's his whole thing y'know and white hair is not precisely common
Am I tweaking?? Ik they said that his hair was light, we saw it, WE SAW IT WHEN HE CAME OUT OF THE RIFT!!, if he is (lets assume) blonde, why did he dye it as J?? As his new self I get it,, but J??
