Ok so inspector is a robot kinda like Detroit become human, Quentin is a psycopath that underwent a "correction" program that made him be obligated to love and serve people (probably some kind of experimentation on his brain or summ), little A also underwent the same program and that's why he has these sudden acts that he can't control, the kid was transformed into an animal and was the first experiment by the doctor that is somehow linked to Quentin's program
