i dont have one, but all the couples around me are like that, in reality i never saw married couple where both are same age or younger husband (they dont accept it too lol). and they say its because women mature faster so to match maturity levels you need to marry older men blah blah blah which i dont believe...
i think maturity depends on age too but generally it depends on person and their experiences more , so it is possible to find good men in your age , but some people have preference for mature men who can take care of you and all then you can date older but you cant say whether they are better than guys your age
My parents. Their relationship is a dumpster fire.
Also my sister and her husband’s relationship. It’s extremely horrible and traumatizing for me.

But yeah remember one thing, older guys tend feel you as their "responsibility" and care for you as long as you are "dependent", they also tend to have huge EGO , and also conservative beliefs and please don't date guys who think they "give" you the freedom, and who thinks they are "progressive" biggest red flag is when they feel superior cause they are treating you right, and think it's your privilege to date them. And remember --- Respect is the most important thing in relationship even more than love.
So everyone's always talking about getting a boyfriend/ husband who's older than you. Does anyone here have an actual bf or husband thats older? Are they actually better than guys the same age or no? I always see people talk about older men in such high regards it makes me wonder if its real and it has to do with age or if it just has to do with personality.
