Yesss, it does makes sense since it was also mentioned that their descendants would soon be in a union (dragon and human) and soon form a new nation (AKA, the main couple of Smyrna and Capri)
I just saw the authors tweet earlier, is it really true that this story (Tei and Shuraka) are the ancestors to the characters of author's other work, Smyrna and Capri?
So basically, they're in the same universe??
