How do I become a (English) translator, where the manga has already been translated into English however punctuation, grammar, spelling etc need to be 'cleared up' and fixed so it's easier for the reader. Kind of like a mini job lmao. Further contact will be via email x.

Isn't that job called "proofreading" instead of "translating"?
I'm sorry I can't help, not being familiar with scanlation groups myself.
I hope you will get your answer soon :)

You have to apply with scanlation groups personally. But before you do, I hope you're aware that being part of a scanlation group isn't a paying job. They do it for free as a hobby and then share it with other people. If you're willing to do that, research up on scanlation groups and apply with them.
