She got kurosawa drunk during a business thing then tried to go somewhere with him. Basically abused her power as a client to try and sleep with him. Adachi saw how drunk he was and helped.

It was a flashback in chapter 5. It didn't get far at all since kurosawa got sick and left but still pretty trashy
