If u are interested in reading light novels then I highly recommend "I came afar within the zerg" which includes 6 arcs ? Ig if I remember correctly and each arc has different mc and different love plot. Significantly varying from each other (only repetition is that all MLs are top and way too OP). Each couple has different dynamic they doesn't really collide with eachother so if u wanna read one specific arc, u just read it standalone with little bit of guessing and understanding.
