I understand your viewpoint. To begin with, the "Aliens" view human similar to how most humans view stray animals. If you see an injured animal on the road, you might feel sorry for it and take it home, care for it. But them, isn't it similar to the mc situation to some sense? You got serverely injured and the next thing you know, you woke up in a complete unfamiliar place with a strange giant trying to take care of you. In sort, I don't think u r irrated by him getting close to her but how their relationship is growing closer, like a pissy cat slowly getting clingy to you.

Guys, am I the only one kinda irritated by the idea of him getting close to cave gir... alien? This is giving stockholm syndrome to me, being abducted to a foreign place and relying emotionally to their "captor". Problem is I don't really dislike cave a. either, they saved his life after all, and some people really were saved by them and enjoy living there, so good for them. I guess I just dislike the way he's getting close and adapting despite being forced into it. I even feel bad they can't see their mom, I just hope they won't use this fact to overshadow the fact that mc himself can't see his family.
