If she died then, then why was she older in some panels?
Was it a delusion due to the letter the guy gave him, that he conjured up an older version of satoko.
But that also doesn’t make sense, cuz the letter said she was alive and working. So he shouldn’t have delusions about it.
Why'd she never reach out to him after all those years??? Her rich guy friend could've EASILY helped her find him, I'm so confused, did she want him to meet her first????? Wtfff
