The manhwa has been cutting corners for the last forty chapters or so and it’s really effecting how the story comes off. I think the artist should have done more for this chapter specifically, because in this scene Garon reveals that his mother was raping him from a young age but you can’t really tell from the manhwa here. He’s saying the concept of a mother to him is something harmful and hateful, so he has an even harder time understanding the emotions the MC feels about his own mother. Garon wants to change for the MC, but with this in particular he’s asking for patience so that he will really mean it when he begs for the MC’s mother’s forgiveness.
