I really understand Yotasuke and Yatora shippers now, they are SO justified, especially after this arc. Everyone puts up a mask so that they can fit in and please others and Yatora both hates and struggled with that ingenuity but Yotasuke is so unapologetically himself he does whatever he wants to do. It's deadass what Yatora wants ohhhh they are so good for each otherrrrrrrr.. And on a side note, i dont think Ive ever seen a piece of media actually address this issue in a non-edgy fashion? It finally makes me feel seen. Everyone around me is so superficial and is always suppressing how they feel just to get others to feel comfortable and like them Ive always had an issue with social interactions. It was only until I started crafting a fake personality of my own and making myself feel uncomfortable that other people finally started to like me. Im probably going to have to dance this dance until I die but it was so nice seeing it finally be represented ugh
