Also! Notice the two survivors of the sociopath therapy are both emotionally very attached to the two who worked with children in a hospital setting. It's like the heightened emotional empathy and maturity of the doc and K positively affects the lil gremlins since they'd high-key do whatever those two ask of them.
I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it was antisocial personality disorder :) (from what I saw when I looked up if they’re the same, all sociopaths are people with ASPD, but not all people with ASPD are sociopaths) /informative

I think the way little A being soo obsessed with Kendrick is because of his past. Him being an experimental project of sociopath. Maybe, he's actually a psycho who feel like it's okay to kill human. But in the end, he had a soft spot on animal since he doesn't feel awkward around animal.
