Cute but slow. Very slow burn. I see the ml and mc together, I also do see Taera and mc being cute but I like the ml. I think mc could push him more and get away with anything. Ml is using the mechanics to manipulate mc which isn't great, but for some reason doesn't bother me too much right now.
what I'd like to see is what he'd actually do if mc held his ground past the aroused negative state. I want to see him refuse to give in, be reduced to a mess and for ml to give in first because of course he does actually like mc and doesn't really want to hurt or upset him.
I've likened these negative states to an alpha pheromone drench making an omega go into heat or the frozen fear state - no idea if that's what the author is going for though.
