No it doesnt change anything, they'll come back either way
so far from what i've seen, it might. so you will have to do house keeping when the lists return. as in delete old ones that have been put back on your lists. turning things from everyone sees it to private again. and putting things on the proper lists. however, to save yourself some frustration. don't do the house keeping until all lists are back. that way you don't have to repeat the process over and over again
