Long story short: YES YES 100x YES!! It’s so so good! I’m not sure of your preferences, but although this story is of the basic troupe, so far the story has actually kept to its point!
The male lead, Sylvester, is by far a very green flag. However, I will say that in the beginning of his, the way he expressed himself towards the fl while growing to like her, was annoying. He was being a big hypocrite—faulty because he was jealous & just didn’t want to admit it. He’s childish in the aspect of “it makes sense because of his childhood”; I had the words but don’t remember. Overall he’s a funny, childish but not a manchild, mature male lead! 10/10
Female lead, Ophelia , is a “I shouldn’t be with him” female lead, but you’ll understand why once you read. Compared to other female leads from other stories, I genuinely feel for her. She, on the other hand, accepts she has feelings for the male lead but is suppressing them because she’s actually in danger!! It’s not a huge spoiler but I don’t wanna peck too much lol. Ophelia is pretty..hmm I would say gullible but I’m not sure if that’s the right word?? She’s not very good with noticing affectionate behavior, which can make you think “she’s so dumb!” Personally, she’s a 10/10 character.
The overall plot really keeps you on your toes. Though it’s a basic romantic troupe, the story itself is one I haven’t personally read in a transmitter story. Compared to other stories as well, this one is managing so far on keeping to the plot & having beautiful art!! I reread it when no chapter uploads & when a chapter uploads, haha—im always waiting for more!
