While under normal circumstances, i would have also thought this, i doubt she's thinking logically. Other people have tried again and again to deceive Shasha and paraded multiple men who acted like the Kallion. Her trust issues are at an all time high. I do agree about Kallion being an idiot for not just showing his wolf form tho, but then again he doesn't seem to think properly when Shasha's involved. Also, as for forgiving the girl, it's probably just their friendship. She understood that acting that way was her only means od survival.
but still the start of the manwha shasha cared about her sister so much just to let someone say something about her like that . And as for her not trusting him i get what your saying but she expects her husband to be the same as before he left which is unrealistic, and she even said before that he was two faced which now doesn’t make any sense because of what she saying, and i also get that the ml is acting stupid bc shashas involved but he noticed something was wrong from the first time they met which is why he should’ve realized then that he wouldn’t be able to just say hey it’s me kallion. It’s just pretty frustrating nglll
I don't think she would have minded the change if she wasnt made to use her knowledge of when she was a child to ensure that the Kallion who comes back is the Kallion she knows. It's hard to show her internal thoughts here so i think the novel is better at showing this because you can see just how much she was made to believe only to be betrayed. So now she's being nitpicky.

this is so annoying, first she forgave that girl after she said those rude things about her SISTER!! then she sees plenty of signs (dirty blanket, ring) etc and i get it might not be enough especially with all the pretending but it’s stupid like you haven’t seen him in 15 years if course he isn’t gonna be the same “innocent puppy” HE WAS IN THE WAR?!!!????? like wtf then he’s trying to act all high and mighty and put on an act because of things shaila said to him when he was a puppy!!!! then he hasn’t changed into a wolf, like as soon as she didn’t believe him he should’ve just turned into a wolf showing his oddity.
