Idk boutchu, but for me I’m seeing many and pretty much the majority of our BL, that usually aren’t shounen ai, filled to the brim with non con rape. For me whenever I look for BL with just decent plot, not traumatising, no rape or coercion, or sleeping with someone intentionally when they’re incapacitated which is also rape, no consent. It’s so dang difficult to find a yaoi, decent plot BL comic out here without that.
And what even took it further for me, was that several mangakas and manhwagas even Wanted to write n draw their BL stories without non con or like trashy semes. But then the fans and everyone were complaining and even refusing to support the authors without em. That’s why many BLs like Jinx, Passion, Placebo, Killing Stalking are like 1 of the top. I really question ppl’s morales and standards cus it be as low as the underworld. And if u not about that then I’m glad to see another person w some decency T-T When I say yall I don’ mean everyone, I mean the specific groups that makin it dang difficult to not even mention there rape in the dang comic! Before commenting “Omg, this is Good!! Like the best!” And it got thee worst ever character trope and most red flag ever b*tch for a partner as a mc in the story
