reading lists

hey can someone direct me to the page where they were basically giving us a timeline of all that was happening with the list stuff? i’m confused and it’s pretty hard trying to look thru all the older questions bc there is a bunch of spam. ppl r saying stuff like their lists aren’t coming back but i remember like last week they were talking about it being fixed so i just want the link to the timeline/answer page if any please and thank you in advance
