haven't read the novel but from the comments, bottom SAd top when the bottom confess his feelings for him, and also was behind his gang r*pe, and he sent the video of the top getting SAd to his mother which deeply affected his mother and she's either d*ad or in coma or mentally ill bcz of that.
when the top confessed feelings for bottom* (they were high school friends) and top came out as gay to bottom.
