I rmb it’s a pretty popular historical manhwa in those generic European setting, but it’s more centered around the couple. The wife has black hair and green eyes (she looks like those stoic/ proper kind of ladies) and the husband has blonde and blue eyes, he’s also in the military. Also if I remeber correctly they moved to this town near the beach, and the story also features the ml’s colleagues a lot. The story includes mature scenes and I think they also have children later on. Many thanks!!!!
