If your entries weren't tagged/rated, yea you should just start adding them yourself

Yupp TT i started a few days ago and I’ve gone through so many lists and the genre rankings and whatever and I just can’t find everything it really sucks :c
When everything first went down my want to read and now reading lists were completely wiped I have my olderish ones back but they haven't increased since should I just start manually rebuilding them or will this mess with my list being rebuilt by the system when it aligns again???? Advice please thank you
