I’m so happy I’m not the only one who’s upset with the pacing and everything. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love seeing family moments and sibling bonds but like.. come on. She goes her whole life thinking they all hated her and was neglected and now it’s all just.. fine? She shows little to NO fear towards Oberion either which makes absolutely ZERO sense since he killed her and her brother. For five seconds you see her scared of him and then she’s all “I just think you’re amazing!” Which yes I know she’s saying it in fear to not upset him but there’s no way she wouldn’t be trembling and needing more time to get used to him. Same with her grandfather. From her view he showed nothing but hate towards her and now it’s like she was never scared of him at all? They’re making her forgive everyone and act like her trauma isn’t there way too fast.. and the villain was already introduced!? NINE CHAPTERS IN? And I know technically she’s older since she went to the past as to her younger self but she still has her older mindset. But she was still TEN. It’s still a child’s mind and.. AUGHHH IDK. I want to stay to see the sibling bonds since I’m a sucker for those.. but holy crap the pacing and completely swiping her problems and trauma under the rug is so irritating.
