It was about a girl who is forced to be a villainess to make her younger sister look better in public. She is starved and forced to wear slutty outfits, and her boobs are super big despite her being starved by her family.
At some event when she is doing the villainess thing a guy notices that she's injured, his name is Reo or Rei or something like that I think. He's a noble from another country.
He notices her injury and she apparently has a broken arm or shoulder and he takes responsibility for it and takes her to his home. Or I think it's actually his aunt and uncle's home.
Then they all proceed to treat her really nicely like she's never been treated before and she opens up a bit about her abuse.
