Really? The last few panels made it seem like it’s Sentarou though?

99,9% it's the yakuza guy, otherwise there is no point for him even appear in the story. From storytelling perspective he is the third answer whith first two being incorrect. In the last chapter "it was you" phrase is not about Sentarou being biological dad, Ririko just trusted him more than two other candidates.

but there is a point for him to appear in the story; as a red herring. it is quite heavily implied that sentarou is the dad. when touma says "it was you', he's not saying ririko trusted him more, he came to a realisation of who the actual father was. the character development of sentarou and meguru throughout the story also implies this. if i'm wrong ill accept it but im so adamantly sure its sentarou

Yeah I stand by Sentarou being the father. Yakuza guy was just the one she was in love with, which is also why he was willing to take in her daughter

I'm reading it like this from that page "When I think about it now, at that time Ririko knew she was pregnant and the only people she could rely on were neither Shouji nor me... It was you"
Even if other people see implication that Sentarou is the father, imo it souldn't be that particular bit. It's about Touma's thoughts on how Sentarou is a good and caring person.
Also if Shouji is a red herring it's actually would be much more fun for Touma to be the dad because readers not even considering him at all xD
Anyway the story is not about blood relations but about found family so I'll stay with "neither of them biological dad but both of them will become Meguru's real family"
