idk if you got your answer already but yes this has 3 volumes (and a spin-off) there's no official English for it but you can buy the Japanese version at any of the links listed on chilchil https://www.chil-chil.net/goodsDetail/goods_id/100963/ (I personally use cmoa since you don't need a JP address and you can sign up with a twitter account, you can use both foreign cards (visa/credit) and payapl for payment) The digital platforms are listed on the left where it says "電子書籍【PR】" and if you want to buy the physical edition that's on the right where it says "紙書籍【PR】" on chilchil.
